Top Kids care about the best path to getting to the NFL. They could care less how old the coach is.

Harbaugh going “all in” on recruiting with guys who have never really recruited or guys who have and haven’t really been great at it.....

Would you agree that scUM would have a lousy or worse 2022 recruiting class if Hairbau had kept the recently departed coaches? And would you agree that with his new Dead Coach Walking contract Hairbau had NO chancing of hiring any top level experienced recruiter?

So, what other option did he have but to take a flyer on a couple guys who might, just might, bring in a player or two who are better than the New England prep school 3 star guys they would have with great former coaches?

Oh he absolutely had to pretty much take who he could get. I’m not sure the results will be much different though. It’s just funny some of that fan base wants to believe he’s working some complete turnover miracle.
