ND. the only card in the deck that could trump a 2 loss Alabama.ND is probably last in the realistic 1 loss pecking order.

If Cincinnati fans are pissed that they're not placed in front of a one loss Buckeye team, wait till they get bumped out of the CFP by a one loss Notre Dame.

RE: Cincinnati - Team Speed
He torches the Georgia D on this run. We have legit SEC speed at all positions.
Are you listening, Committee?
You also have to account for the head to head if both have weak strength of schedule, and UC won that battleIf Cincinnati wins out, the committee won't want to take the heat for moving ND above UC. They would just move on to another one-loss G5 to fill the spot. ND's unranked opponents are not enough better than UC's unranked opponents to pass UC.
Every year there's talk about a two-loss team getting a bid and it hasn't happened yet. When you're only picking four teams, a two-loss team getting in is probably bullshit.
I'm looking ahead to see the different potential possibilities on how this thing could play out. I see a few have posted about it on prior pages:
Does the committee give Bama the nod if they lose to UGA in a close one in the SEC CG w/ 2 losses? I don't belive they deserve it, but I could see it happening. They aren't dropping them more than a couple spots and if OSU can take care of business then MSU and UM are out of the mix. And I could see Oregon going down to Utah this weekend too. That would make the ND/Bama/Okie St. (if they win out) argument real interesting.
If they hold Bama at #2 into the SEC title game (which is going to happen unless they severely struggle with Arkansas or AUBURN) its a very real possibility. A close game all game that results in a FG loss they can say "well we don't feel they deserved to drop 3 spots to #5 and out of the playoff for barely losing to #1"
