What weight does the committee give the computer models? Oregon is despised by them. They are 15th in Sagarin, 16th in both Massey and Colley, and 11th in RPI.

We may get your wish in the Rose Bowl - They'd (Oregon, PAC, and TV) love that.
6. OHIO STATE BUCKEYES (7-1)
I do not foresee the committee placing Ohio State ahead of Oregon, at least not yet. It would difficult for them to convey why the Buckeyes should be ahead of the Ducks with identical records and the fact Oregon beat Ohio State head to head on the road — not that they have to explain themselves to the general public. I would personally rank Ohio State as one of the nation's four-best teams right now and I think the Buckeyes have a higher ceiling moving forward when compared to Oregon. But based on protocol, Ohio State does not have the resume yet to be placed above the Ducks in the first poll.
Someone comes to their senses and doesn't list the Juggalos at #2.
I'm OK with all of that except for Okie being in the top four. They've looked like crap and once again can't play a lick of defense. And if Bama can be in the top 4 and over undefeated teams with a loss, Ohio State and Oregon should be too. Bama's signature wins sure don't look so signature anymore. If any one-loss team based on resume deserves the two spot, it's Oregon. If any one-loss team deserves it based on how they're playing right now, it's Ohio State. I think my top four, at this moment, might be UGA, Sparty, Oregon and Ohio State.
I wouldn’t have Bama at #2 but I’d definitely have them ahead of both Oregon and Ohio State. Bama rinsing a healthy Ole Miss squad was impressive and their A&M loss is in orders of magnitude better than losing to 3-5 Stanford. Buckeyes loss is much better but their best win isn’t as impressive.Among the 1 loss teams (Bama, OU and OSU) Oregon has the best win. Ohio State has the best loss (and that's a fucking thing for the SEC schools so it should be for everyone else). I don't see how you can have the one team that has neither that far ahead of the other two but they should all be above UC.
I don't think there is anyway in the world the real CFP will rank MSU that high but whatever. Win out and OSU has some high 90's percent chance to make the CFP.
Win the East, win The Game and win the B1G. Can't control anything else.
