I found out that our passing yardage is rated at 67% percent. I thought we would be a lot better than that.
Combination of jumping out to big leads and just sheer effectiveness running the ball (4th in the country in rushing yards per game, behind two service academies and Louisiana-Lafayette).I found out that our passing yardage is rated at 67% percent. I thought we would be a lot better than that.
I think that this is going to happen - especially from Penn State and Michigan. Wisconsin was pretty successful in putting a lot of pressure on Fields.I haven't looked too closely at stats, but if I were a defensive coordinator game planning against the buckeyes, I would try to take away the run and make Fields beat you with his arm.
The thing is... I assume that if someone does shut down our run game Fields will make them pay. We just haven't needed him to air it out so far.yup. If any opponent is going to have a chance in the 4th quarter to beat this team they'll need to sell out against the run and hope Fields doesn't make enough throws to beat them.

Not to speak for another poster, but I’m 99% sure he means Ohio State ranks 67th in the nation in passing yards per game.If you don’t mind could you clarify a bit as to what this means?
