Jim Delany has clearly paid the refs to make it look like they are helping Penn State. CLEARLY.

That is one of the weaker targeting calls I've seen just in the bowl games this season. There were a couple rule book definition ones that got overturned.

It's not luck. They're just playing with extreme confidence and executing late no matter the situation.

The sad part is it all began in the 4th quarter against the Buckeyes.
