Looking at the replay, there was a lineman at the goal line blocking downfield.

Pretty sure the line of scrimmage was the 7 yard line so he was way downfield. Of course USC defenders commit to it being a run play.

Like holding every play, this is just one of those calls that does not get enforced at all. Just add it to the list of why offenses are lighting up the scoreboards in today's game.

I'm thinking Urban anticipated our offense would be run similar to what PSU does. I don't know maybe we just don't have that kind of talent to do that....

I question what we were trying to do at times, but we lost a LOT of talent and experience in last April's draft. Defensively, the young guys filled the gaps well. Offensively, we struggled at WR and OL, where we had guys the last 2 years who are now playing on Sundays.
