With the way Marshall's been playing, I thought they'd be a tougher out than this. Still a long way to go but I may owe Matta an apology by the end of the year.90-60 with 8 minutes left. What a game.

We'll learn more about the Buckeyes at Virginia. The 7th-ranked Cavs are killing Iowa tonight.

Great game by the Bucks; however, imagine what the score would have been if they made a few more foul shots (11-23, 47.8%).

Can't hurt the confidence with Virginia up on the 30th. I don't care what you make of Marshall's "D", the Bucks have had some real nice FG % games early in the year...they are top 20 in the country at 51%. Won the last three by 28, 31, and 41. Loving has shown signs of life the last two. The FT's are the main embarrassment, but I was excited about this team before the year, and I'm warming up to them again. I love watching Kam provide a spark when needed, assuming KBD is the normal starter. If these guys ever get to 70% at the line, they will be good. That's possible....we have Loving at 75, Kam at 90, Lyle at 67 and Thompson at 71. Tate at 44 is not acceptable. Wesson is 0 for 6, and Potter is 1 for 6. I hope those are aberrations that will level off.

We can compete with VA but we have to shoot well and try to keep them out of the paint. Tall taks probably but not impossible.

Haha that's an understatement. They'll have to play their best all around game to pull this one off. I'm intrigued though to see if they can do it.
