I didn't take these 14 seeds in any of the brackets I filled out, so UAB and Northeastern are locks.

I am sort of like you.. I do not pick many lower seeds and once Iowa State realizes they are playing they were kicked themselves into gear and UAB back to Birmingham.

Well, that was a pretty good ending for the 1st game. Looks like the UAB/ISU game will be just as tight.

It's funny how teams from big conferences can look good over the weekend while winning their conference tourney then struggle with a double-digit seed 4 days later, but it seems to happen to someone every year. ND barely survived and Iowa State is trying to hang on.
