So any predictions on how tsun's fans will react to hairball when he turns them down to stay in the nfl? will he be re-excommunicated or will they find a way to blame brandon/hoke/lllllloyd/willingham so they can delude themselves into thinking he's coming in 2018 after they fire schiano/cam cameron?

Yes and Yes.
The excommunication will last about a year, during the new guy's honey moon.
It'll all be forgotten in 2 years time, when they'll claim that somebody in the AD or Administration offended His Holiness and do a complete reversal.

Sportscenter just put up that Harbaugh is "considering" 6 year, $49 million offer from ttun. Pretty immaterial news, but interesting to see a number put up.

Edit: Just checked. If true, that would make Harbaugh highest paid football coach in the country, including the NFL.

That's cute. We'll see what happens when an NFL team offers him $10M+ per year and roster control. And they will, because woeful franchises like the Raiders, Jets, Dolphins, and Bears have seen how quickly he made the Niners legitimate contenders after years of suck.

scUM feels great because they're the only suitor right now. If he's going to scUM, why not end the charade now and move on? Leverage, that's why. NFL teams can't make offers because of tampering rules. But when they can, he can dangle his alma mater to drive up the cash and control. scUM's thinks they have him? Great. That all ends, and so do scUM fan's dreams once the final whistle blows in game 16 and NFL teams back up the Brink's truck to his doorstep.

Bingo. If Michigan fans think he's accepting anytime soon, they're even more dumb than I previously thought. Even if he wants to go to Michigan, there are several million dollars more per year he can pocket from Michigan by letting the NFL teams drive up the asking price in a few weeks...
