So, after The Game, posters on GBW were saying that they didn't want to see the Buckeyes in the playoffs, because we would embarrass the B1G. I politely pointed out that the real embarrassment was taking several highly rated recruiting classes and face-planting your way to a 5-7 record.

They banned me.

I just got an email from GBW asking me to subscribe. :slappy:

That board is almost as incompetent as cHoke!

Unless he's desperate to stay in the nfl, no way it's a better job in Oakland.....Raiders haven't been any good since the Gruden era, UM can compete for a championship as early as next year...IMO it is no contest

hypercompetetive guy whose brother has a superbowl ring and not just a superbowl ring but head to head? he isn't leaving the nfl till he gets his or they drag his rotting corpse away. he wouldn't be able to look john in the eyes if he slunk back to college now.

Anybody that's watched Suga Shane, and that includes people that have access to practices, have said he was clearly overrated in the recruiting process. I forget where I read it (I mentioned it previously somewhere in these forums) but a source said Michigan was hitting the recruiting trail telling QBs how bad Suga sucked and guaranteeing them a chance to start right away. :lol:

Using this amazing tactic, they've lined up Alex Malzone.

I thought we already went through this the last few weeks. They targeted hairball and he was the talk of the town and then reports basically said no way he's going to ttun. So the coaching search went in other directions and no new names popped up for a week or so at that point the ttun fan base just defaults back to hairball? I don't get the logic. Anytime someone turns them down or the coaching search goes to a slump will the just go nuts for hairball again? At this point the ttun job looks to be toxic and I think they are going to have to go pretty far down the rabbit hole to maybe an fcs head coach to find anyone willing to take on that shit show with those ridiculous expectations.

Bottom line is the fans expect them to beat us and the recruiting has gotten so far apart that a new coaching staff will require at least 5 years to build back up to where that is possible. Head coaches are looking at it saying we will get fired in 4 so they don't want the job now, they want it in 4 years and only if they make a great hire now that recruits well to fill up the cabinet. Odds are that won't happen.
