Guys, I have a bit of perspective on this, LOL....

In 2001, after we got ROLLED UP by Colorado and didn't make the conference championship. We needed the following to happen:

Tennessee needed to beat Florida.
Tennessee needed to beat LSU in the SEC Championship game.
Colorado needed to beat Texas in the Big 12 Championship game to boost our SOS.

All three happened, and Nebraska went to Pasedena to get ran over by the U.

PLEASE GUYS...

I love ya all to pieces, but PLEASE don't lose focus of this game on Saturday. We've been the beneficiaries of the "didn't win the conference, but still went to the BCS" bug.

Again - I beg and plead....RUN IT UP AND GO FOR TWO ON EVERY TD.

Last November, after beating M*ch*g*n in our finale, and our fate sealed thanks to Tattgate.. I made a rare T-shirt purchase on my walk back up Lane towards my car. At the corner of Olentangy River Rd & Lane Ave, next to the lady selling the bottled water, one dude was shouting and spinning a red shirt around, with several more slung over his shoulder. The shirts read "FUCK THE BCS" in bright white lettering. That shirt replaced my signed TP picture in a frame in the Buckeye Room downstairs.

If Kirk gave a fuck about Ohio State recruiting, he wouldn't have said the words "If I'm an offensive player, I don't even consider going to Ohio State".

Or whatever the fuck he said. I don't give enough shits about him to even bother getting the quote right, but it was close enough to that.

I believe that also but I still think that he could have stood up for his alma mater a little bit better last night but he was going against to SEC SEC guys and what's his face did not give Kirk much time to defend his position plus Palmer really did not even answer the question that old Herbie asked him to respond to about comparing the ACC and the Big Ten.

last night he said "i don't know who #2 is". Maybe he got a good nights sleep. I think the SEC homers thought Auburn would be closer to OSU in the polls or even #2 already. OSU is a solid #2 in the computers which i think was unexpected. Now that they aren't and the lead is basically too much to overcome (assuming we win), they are changing their tune a little.

Yeah, I think if auburn was #2 this morning or even within striking distance, frosty would have no problem going all in on the sec line. The fact that it's all but over, assuming beating sparty, gives him some cushion to seem fair and balanced.
