I'm not justifying Smart's actions at all. But referring to a shove as "physical violence" is drawing a pretty big envelope around that term. Physical yes; violent no.

Three games seems reasonable to me, all things considered.

If you look at the video, the word 'crap' is a possibility from the shape the guys mouth takes, but that isn't conclusive....

The guy sent a text to his friend after the game saying he said nothing vulgar. He issued a statement saying that he called him a "piece of crap" and now we have video that backs it up.

Marcus Smart told his coach that he called him the "n word". Well that turned out not to be true. Then the rumors are he told him "go back to Africa". Still no proof of that anywhere.

One persons stories have been consistent yet people are questioning his credibility over Smart's the guy who has shown temper issues in the past.
