Signing Day is right around the corner! Boosters/fans: please do not tweet at prospects. They are recruits until 1st day of classes!

Tweeting at prospects can be considered recruitment on behalf of Ohio State, which is only permissible for countable coaches!

Worth passing on, I think. Perhaps we should even consider making a sticky out of this?

why would you even attempt to contact a recruit on twitter or facebook myspace ect??? im not saying you cant follow them or friend them but to contact them is dumb. dont be a stalker

There are A LOT of people that do it. Cameron Burrows for example has been retweeting a lot of begging from fans, which includes OSU and Michigan. It's beyond pathetic. Stop it people!

This is a severe regime change, heading into a bowl-banned year. There are a handful of guys who have either made their intentions known or are strongly considering it. Any further discussion likely belongs in a general recruiting discussion thread.
