2011 Wonderlic Scores (S-E-C, no fairley score)

Just my hunch, but I'm willing to bet that there is an inverse relationship between how well a player does on the wonderlic and the eventuality that he ends up in the headlines for rape, girlfriend beating, [censored]ing away all his contract money, running a dog fighting ring, hiring a hit on his baby mama, taking a jaccuzzi with a high school girl, bringing a gun to a knife fight or just plain getting his ass all shot up in the club.

So which of those would Dan Marino be most likely to succumb to?
girlfriend beating?

At some point doesn't the agent (who should know the kid relatively well) step in and say "You probably shouldn't take that test."

I mean, top QBs don't throw at the combine, so wouldn't a kid be able to say "no" to taking this test?

That's impressive. Did he spell his name right?

That reminds me of a MASH episode where Klinger is taking a test in order to attempt to become an officer. Col. Potter is overseeing the test and Klinger is having a devil of a time on the test, and exclaims to Potter, "you got to help me here, I got to get at least one question right."
Potter: "Well I shouldn't do this, but you spell Klinger with only one "L".....

not to rain on the parade, but at least claiborne has an actual learning disability that has been known about since high school.

it's not vince "radio" young territory.
So he's had a learning disability that they have known about since high school and apparently aren't smart enough themselves to do anything about it for years?
Since the Wonderlic is designed to help employers match up with prospective employees, those applicants should be able to understand and express themselves. Shouldn't they?
I thought the wonderlic could be applied verbally, but apparently I was mistaken. Or maybe he just didn't learn.
Just how did this guy get passing grades all through college?

Absolutely correct.
Based on this fact alone, Maurice should hope beyond hope that he becomes a Cleveland Brown. Their committment to success is on par with his inability to give exact change and he'd fit in immediately.
