With the recent sanctions levied on my Lakeshore Lancers, I don't think they'll keep up with Hoke in recruiting this offseason.

Per Scout UM is currently ranked 6th in the Big 10 and 39th in the country, but that INCLUDES four soft verbals (including three of their five 4 star recruits).

Yeah! He got the #104 CB, #63 TE and is poised to seal the deal with the #110 WR. How can anyone question that? :lol:

After stealing one from Minnie Hoke was emboldened to go after Vanderbilt.


Interesting that both of Hoke's commits so far were committed elsewhere.

Time to go back and reread S&M threads on the character issues related to UM commits who jumped ship.

They're after a CB currently committed to Indiana as well...I understand you need some bodies, but how does this help you either short or long term? You're clogging up schollies with scrubs. Why not jut bank them for next year when Ohio is loaded and tOSU won't be able to take them all?

I've said it a million times so here is one million and one;

Their whole program is built around, and celebrates, the most revolting of human character flaws: treachery.

They have a piece of shit Dayton Ohio guy in charge who grew up a scUM fan, that's all you have to know. Organizations take on the personality of the person in charge and they have gone from Rich Rodriquez (traitor to his own roots) to Brady Hoke (traitor). It isn't surprising at all that both started their scUM recruiting campaigns by getting the kind of kids who will bite the hand that has fed them up to that point.

I don't see the karma bomb that has been going off up there letting up anytime soon.

Fuck M*ch*gan.

...and apparently they successfully poached the previously mentioned CB from IU...the #49 player at his position. Hey, at least he cracked the top 50.

It's been said before, how do they expect to compete w/ tOSU when they continually take kids that couldn't even make the Buckeye's practice squad?

I know Hoke is just filling spots at this point, but is another 5'10/175 CB project really needed? Why not bank that scholarship for a real player?

I like where this is going...
