Defense looked pretty bad though. I can honestly say that if Crist played the whole game, Notre Dame would have probably won.

Hopefully the next couple games will be early blowouts so Denard can get some rest. almost 900 total yards in two games is just sick, but i'm sure he's beat up.
all in all, a good result.
Um, they gave up well over 500 yards despite facing their noodle-armed backup quarterbacks for half of the game. NoD shot themselves in the foot a few times.
