Any team going to a BCS bowl is going to finish higher than fifth in any conference. Are you really fucking serious right now? Ban this guy. He's a troll, or just an idiot. No grasp of football at all - just one of those guys who whores his school but has no idea how football works.

I think it was Numbers who asked you, and I might as well ask again because I was interested in the answer...

How many tOSU games have you watched this year?

Every single argument of yours has been "I think Pac10 is better" (no real justification), so Oregon has played stronger opponents and is therefore better. "OSU can't stop our offense because they haven't played one like us", yet somehow I doubt you've watched our defense absolutely stifle some pretty solid offenses.

Bottom line:

This is assuming that there are not major turnovers that lead to easy scores. If that happens a copule times all bets are off.

If tOSU is effective running the ball tOSU wins. By that I mean tOSU gets over 200 yds rushing and runs the ball 40+ times.

If Oregon can shut down tOSU running game Oregon wins. By that I mean, Oregon keeps tOSU under 125 yds rushing and Pryor is forced to win the game with his arm.

IMHO, that pretty much sums up the game in a nutshell.

Relax guys he's not trolling. But the way we are having this discussion we are NEVER going to get anywhere. We are spending more time about past years and past opponents as opposed to matchups and the actual game coming up.

I'll go ahead and throw my score prediction out there. tOSU 34 - Oregon 27

The score breakdown is this...tOSU: Four touchdowns; three coming on drives, one passing, two rushing, and one Ray Small KO/Punt return..OR a pick-6. Add in 2 field goals. Oregon: Three touchdowns; one rushing, two passing, and two field goals. I'll also say tOSU will force three turnovers; two interceptions and one fumble recovery. Oregon will manage to get one interception off TP.

I think early on in the game Tressel will open things up a little more and move the ball downfield a little faster than normal. Once the third quarter hits though, its back to the running game with a pass or two each drive. TP, Boom and Saine will combine for at least 250 yards, with a few for Saine (I'll say about 30), coming on or after passes. TP gets one of the two rushing touchdowns.

EDIT: Can't believe I left TP out of the rushing stats. D-oh!

lol so true. Im just glad we are back in the game after USC's dominance to be honest. We should have gone in 2001 but BCS screwed us.

So Texas was 41 out of 119 teams rushing and they did not have a running game, yet Oregon is 91 out 120 teams passing and is average. Perhaps you should take of your green and yellow glasses.
