Game Thread 2010 Rose Bowl: Ohio State 26 Oregon 17 (Final, 1/01/2010)

I think this year's P-10 will prove to resemble the Big 12 of the past few years; gains a big rep for putting up gaudy offensive numbers in a defensively weak conference, only to struggle in bowl matchups (Texas being the exception).
PAC wont struggle in the Bowl games, not because we are the greatest conference ever, we just have horrible bowl tie ins besides the Rose.

I have given you multiple reasons why I think Oregon is a much better team than Ohio State and why I think they will win.

Rebut each of my comments.

You can start with why Oregon beat both the teams you lost to.

Why did the pac 10s 5 th place team beat you at home.

I've tried, you fucking imbecile, but when you don't respond to half of my points it's pretty difficult to hold an intelligent debate.

And the post that you quoted of mine wasn't even talking about what you just said. I'll make it clear for you, since you apparently don't know how to read along with comprehending the game of football.

HOW MANY OHIO STATE GAMES HAVE YOU WATCHED THIS YEAR?

Gerheart avg. 5.58 ypc.

B. Saine avg. 5.3 ypc.

Nowhere near as good?

:roll1:
Okay...good try, but out of the all the arguments anybody has made about all of this stuff, most irrelevant, this one is the worst.

Saine IS nowhere near as good as Gerhart. Gerhart is very likely the best overall runner in the country, save maybe Ingram. You can't say enough good things about Gerhart. Saine is good, but he's not in the same class yet.

Purdue was our worst game of the year. We turned the ball over too much and put way too much pressure on our defense. It was the only game we played like that all year and I see no reason why anyone in the country should expect another performance like that after how we played after that game.

We are not the same team that we were when we played USC. We're more confident on offense and actually have an offensive identity now.

If you would watch the games instead of looking at stats you'd know this.

OSU now is so much better than OSU seven weeks ago. It's night and day.

Why did your team look like absolute shit against Boise State? No matter what you say, I'm going to hold it against you and assume that your team's best performance of the year was that game.

You could start by responding to the multitude of posts that answered your post you keep referring back to as your holy grail of knowledge.

USC beat us. Purdue beat us. Is that the same team that we ended the season with, in your case you hope so. We have reason to believe otherwise.

USC and Purdue each scored more points that Ohio State in each respective football game.

If (Opponent's Score > Ohio State Score)
Then Ohio State Loses

Why did Boise State () and Stanford dominate on Oregon?
