Only 3 days away boys!!!!!
Okay, here's how I think it unfolds:
First half:
First half will be all Ohio State, I see a lot of 3-and-out's for Oregon as the coaches try to find any cracks or holes in your defense. I think our offense will be frustrated, and will look very "boisestate-eque". I think our defense will do an adequate job, and for the most part hold up their end of the bargain (make a stop of two, force a couple field goals etc). I think it's 16-3 Buckeyes at the half time.
2nd Half:
Chip Kelly makes great adjustment, and I don't see our players rolling over and giving up, it's just not in their make-up. They'll get the ball moving, and start scoring some points. The second half for Ohio State will be much like the first, a touchdown, maybe a couple field goals. The buckeyes will be pushing around 30 points on our defense. The question is, to what extent can my Ducks come roaring back? As good as your defense is, our offense wears down ANYONE. Will Ohio State hold up long enough, and will the Ducks have enough time to put up points and go for the win. The 4th quarter is when our offense is the most dangerous. I don't make score predictions, it seems silly, but that's how I see the game unfolding.
OHIO STATE...
Ohio State loses if: They try and get too cute, Pac-10 is known for offense and we see everything out here. Tressel better not think he's gonna 'out-athlete' us with double reverses or something dumb like that. I know our defense is small, but we're FAST.
Ohio State wins if: They pound the ball, pound it some more, then play-action bootleg Pryor. If you guys do that all game, I really don't think we'll be able to stop the Buckeyes.
