I count seventeen, but you do bring up a good point. How many offers did he make when he was at WV?

I think NFBuck was going off the database, which lists 15 now (needs to be updated with the two other offers).

EDIT: Tyrone Williams doesn't have an offer. I didn't load Turner since he had already committed to Michigan, but I'll load him for historical purposes. That should be 16 offers total, not 17.

Florida doesn't have a NFL system yet they still get great recruits on offense for whatever reason. Like you said Michigan has 2nd rate talent coming to Ann Arbor. If you don't have top players.....there has to be a way to maximize their talents.

Florida has arguably been the most dominant program in the country since Urban Meyer got that job. When you're that good, you're going to get some great recruits. And Urban is a good recruiter. They didn't just go 3-9 and completely change their style of football, either.

The Rodriguez hire was bad on multiple fronts. While we speculated at first, our speculation is being confirmed now.

At what point do you start asking why so many guys get homesick or aren't good enough or why so many recruits don't want to compete?

Exactly. I don't think it's just a coincidence that kids are suddenly getting homesick when Rodriguez took control.

Which Turner are you talking about? JUSTIN Turner was a 2009 scUM commit. JAMEL Turner, last I heard, is a Buckeye in the 2010 class. Tyrone Williams isn't listed in the offers list. I've subsequently taken him off and put him in the "No longer on list" section.

Edit: You'll need to add Montana on your list. Another couple of changes is, Justin Hunter's thread is no longer listed as having an official offer, and I haven't added Gjere to the list yet because his offer has a '?' in the title.

My bad...I meant Hunter, but for some reason Justin Turner popped into my head although JT was in the 2009 class. Probably because I had just got off the scUM board and had their residual slime on my brain.

why all the decommits and transfer
Being a Penn State fan I am forced to follow all the Big Ten action. I have noticed that a lot of players have been leaving recently or decommiting. Is there a reason why? Michigan has as much football history as any team in the country. I can't figure it out.

College Football Live didn't mention Justin Boren's name on a list of notable transfers for some reason.

Just felt like saying that, just in case anyone was watching and forgot that more than three important players have left. :p

They don't do their homework very well. Also, they're still referring to Tater-Tot as Forsear. It's hard to be that inept...
