Dior Mathis enjoyed OSU visit, who says they will offer but not yet. Top 4 - Mich, OSU, UF, Miami.

Will not retaining Bedford (after the RR hire) come back to hurt them? He's recruiting Big Will & Dior (teammates) on behalf of Florida now.

Ironic that UM Scout members can't read the update on Pernell & whether UM is eliminated, given that GBW keeps most of its recruiting intel to itself too (with updates that only link to hidden premium boards)

From TheWolverine... DeQuinta Jones admits his commitment is wavering with the DC resigning and not knowing or talking to the DL coach. Didn't tell UM he is visiting Arkansas (1/6) and considering Oklahoma. "Supposed" to be visiting UM (1/31). His head coach feels he'll be a wolverine if Jay Hopson stays.

Very disconcerting update for UM fans... especially since there are rumblings that Hopson might not stay in AA (if he doesn't land the DC opening)

Prospect - not a commit.

But in checking him out I noticed that if you list UMs prospects with offers by rating 8 of their commits are on the second page and only 2 of their top 12 offers have chosen UM so far.

For OSU all of their commits are on the first page - about 8 from the bottom.

To be fair, much of this is because OSU got commits early and some of the prospects have been "cleaned up" by Scout, while many of UMs offers are still uncommited. Still, it still tells an interesting story.

I'd just like to point out that the tired "Those who stay will be champions" mantra was a total lie to their recruiting class of 2005. They didn't win shit. Well, I guess they could cling to "Those who stay will be Capital One Bowl Champions". Probably gonna be that way for the next few classes too.
