Didn't want to pollute JJ's thread but you knew the rationalizations were coming (RR didn't want him!)

i am shocked. this is the perfect system for him, and he is very familiar with the school already. the only explanation would be that the coaching staff did not want him as much as we thought.

He was another player who liked the old coaching staff, but didn't warm up to RR as much.. It's not a matter of us not wanting him.. He himself said he would have committed to Michigan already if Lloyd Carr was the head coach right now.. But oh well, that's the price you pay when you change coaches.. The other 5-10+ offers we have to RB/Slot combos can be used to fill this slot, but it is a definite disappointment to lose him.

So when Michigan offers a recruit they include a clause spelling out just how much they want them? Or do they offer kids they don't want to make the kids they really do want feel jealous?

Do we do this too? Can someone help me identify the OSU offers that are to kids we really don't want?
