WR Marlon Brown, 6-5/205, Memphis (Tenn.) Harding Academy
ASSETS: Has great size, good speed and does things with the football that 6-foot-5 receivers shouldn't be able to do.
AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT: Brown needs to get more consistency with his hands and continue to improve his route running.
WHAT WAS MOST IMPRESSIVE IN THE GAME: Brown showed great speed to outrun safety Darren Myles to the end zone on their first play from scrimmage that resulted in a 71-yard score. He also had a nice reception on a long out route thrown by Barkley.
CONCLUSION: This kid has so much upside with his combination of size, speed and athleticism that once he puts it all together, watch out.
You might want to find better examples to support your position.Rookie;1371835; said:I dunno I think at wide-out cockiness is something that is a must.
--->T.O, and Randy Moss
only 2 examples, plus it was pretty funny.
Those elite db's had SEC speed , don't you know?MililaniBuckeye;1372226; said:The buttclowns calling the game said that Marlon's downside was his lack of "breakaway speed". I guess they didn't consider his pulling away from the elite DBs after the catch on his TD run "breakaway speed"...

Randy Moss in my opinion is the best wide out in football. He dominated high school, college, and the pro's. I can only hope Marlon continues to dominate as he had at the high school level.
T.O. is pretty good as well.
