More thought than what? Would you like me to list all the other countless reasons why tOSU would be more appealing to JJ? Obviously, I'm not JJ, but it's pretty obvious the football program at OSU has more prestige, and tradition than WVU. Academically, OSU is also a much better institution.

Btw, Are you pulling for JJ to go to WVU? It sure seems that way..

It seems to to me, that he is pulling for JJ to make the decision that is in JJ's best interest, not the decision that is in Buckeye fan's best interest. Yeah, he (and the rest of us) would love to have JJ in this class. That is part of what being a fan is all about. But some have the ability to put aside the pure selfishness that fans have and consider the athlete as a person...an individual...and consider the best interest of the individual.

Think about Mike Adams committing to Ohio State and then becoming a soft verbal and considering WVU. That's about the equivalent here.

He's the best player in WV and he has committed to the home state school (something that we as Ohio State fans have begun to take for granted, but it didn't used to happen).

I'll go one step further, YSU. JJ is one of the best players in WV history. Maybe the best ever? That's why I think he is staying with his original commit. I have absolutely no inside information, just a feeling. I hope I am wrong.

Can't rag on a kid for maybe staying home. That being said- it's hard to argue with how we produce NFL quality lineman on a regular basis.

Those are valid reasons, and he has a tough choice. He could choose either. 2 reasonable people could come to different conclusions. It's needless to speculate about an answer to this question. JJ is a quality player and either would be better with him. Back to JJ.

Why would he to annouce on signing day if he's already committed? Not as solid as West Virginia fans want to think.
No, he's obviously not "solid". He won't even comment on whether he could switch commitments to tOSU which is interesting. But, he could still be leaning towards the home school. We'll have to see how this one plays out and obviously he still has his official to WVU.

I'm thinking that maybe Josh Jenkins is being cautious right now. His decision might be depending on Terrelle Pryor.

If Pryor commits to Ohio State, I could see Josh Jenkins being more confident in OSU than WVU. However, if Pryor chooses WVU, it's probably painfully obvious that Jenkins would like to play for WVU more than OSU.

Anyone would be excited to have a chance to play with Pryor. He seems to be an awesome person as well.

I'd probably wait until the last possible minute if I was going to do it...

This is what tickles me. Folks are getting all excited because this keeps playing out and Jenkins is doing nothing to tip his hand. Duh. If you are trying to avoid a backlash the last thing you do is drop hints.

Waiting until signing day is better for the Bucks. Why would he wait to commit to WVU? Yet is he chooses the Bucks waiting until signing day would minimize the amount of time he has to deal with backlash from WV fans.

Maybe he is waiting to see how each class pans out, but that is still not a bad thing for OSU.
