I think are chances of landing McCarthy are good. :) Put him with Homan and Moeller, well thats a pretty good group of linebackers and there is still a possiblity that Gibson could end up at Ohio State.

Colin's final four are tOSU, Nebraska, GA Tech, and Miami. He is likely to decide the first week of January. He will visit GA Tech this weekend for their game with Georgia.

Adding Colin to Homan, Moeller, and Lenix would be utterly fantastic, plus if we are allowed to take a chance on Gibson, oh man. That would be one very very fast group of LB's...

You also takes who comes, the staff will let these kids now who they want and how they will fit into their scheme. You don't see USC not taking a top 10 RB b/c they are already have 2 other guys commited.

I am not saying I would just pass on Thad, but I would rather have Johnson if we had to choose onebecuase he is a MLB.... I think McCarthy comes here and then one of Gibson or Johnson.

These kids may have to versatility to play safety, but they sure look like they are right in line with the great LBers that OSU and PSU churned out over the past. I mean you are talking about kids who have good size and great speed, and most of all great production and a great instinct for the game. I would be absolutely THRILLED if we land Homan, McCarthy, Gibson and Moeller. You would be looking at the next group of AA LBers at OSU.
