The only reason I knew of the "minority" scholarship was because some highschool friends from 'etta took advantage of it. I thought it was some of the craziest shit I'd ever heard. We may be backwards down there, but we're not all dumb as rocks (which the tutoring thing you brought up wasn't something I was aware of).

Gotcha, thanks for the clarification. I've covered wrestling at a dozen or more schools but haven't seen that yet. Not sure if it's allowed around cbus.
