Born of Osiris is pretty brutal. I liked your friend's band more though. Lower Definition was probably my favorite of the stuff you recommended. I haven't really been listening to much metal lately.. I've been trying to remix some Nine Inch Nails songs. I've failed all times except once.

Thanks for the thought. My heart is pretty tough since I had been a Cleveland sports fan since the 50s. It was just something that hits me when I least expect it.
