fascinating how UM invited the seniors to discuss JT's captaincy. i strongly felt it was in play thinking it was just too much pressure on a sophomore to handle. love the move, he not only did not pull the rug out from under the seniors, he probably bought a ton of respect from them. and going forward, JT knows they stood up for him. now that's a beautiful win-win.

Thanks. I'm glad to be home. Just one more reminder that when people are in an accident, they should never tell anyone they are OK on the scene. It often takes a few hours, or a day, for the effects to reveal themselves.
