I know some people want to act like we have zero talent; this roster isn't the best in a national title contender type sense but it's not like MAC caliber either. I think a coach who knows what he's doing could get a lot more out of this group.

This is ultimately where I’m at. You gotta have DUDES. Usually 2-3.

Now, I still don’t think Diebler has made the sum of the individual parts better but I just don’t think we have high level talent and haven’t for a long time. We’ve maybe convinced ourselves we do going into each season but we just don’t have great basketball players (you know, ones that consistently dribble, pass, make shots and rebound).

Help is on the way. I give him next year and that’s it. If you can’t even win with talent, then we have problems.
