During the 2nd half of the game where he's watching along, he constantly says it's a one score game, even at 24-9 and then 27-9. I had not taken in anything from this guy until 2 weeks ago. Barely even heard of him, and still not even sure what he's famous for.

Yeah it's weird. Absolutely think OSU is playing it correctly but I also don't blame recruits taking the biggest bag imaginable given everything else. Tomorrow is never guaranteed.

It's also interesting because none of these NIL schools have done much of anything. I guess Oregon is up there but OSU stuffed them in a locker last year and I'm not sure another 5-star WR will help lol. They've had no shortage of those recently.

Yep of course they did. And gave him offensive player of the year.

That'll give heisman voters an excuse to vote for Mendoza instead of Julian. "He didn't even win QB of the year in his own conference".

Just sayin': Many people aren't aware what a young offensive this is and this doesn't even include any incoming Freshmen.. Look a the offensive depth chart (below) all the starters can come back; only Onianwa, Donaldson, and Kacmarek are out of eligibility. With that being said there is speculation that Tate will "go pro" and possibly a few others might opt to transfer though.
