I seriously believe Hartline is the one calling the plays yes.

Of course he has influence on the game plan. There literally isn't a head coach on the planet who doesn't on offense OR defense. And please bring up the play card in his hand and ignore the fact that he has a defensive one too.....

Do you seriously think he's calling the defense too? Or is it only because you don't see Hartline using the walkie talkie like Patricia does?
