I think it’s exciting. I think those that transferred out .. the position coach gave them what next year might be. Some will stay and bet on themselves others see the writing on the wall and move on. Caleb Downs ended up one of my favorite Buckeyes ..

He just single-handedly destroyed a Ravens possession. He got a sack on second down, then on 3rd and 9, he, once again, destroyed the Ravens' OL, then batted a pass, which was caught for an interception by TJ Watt. And Dude is in his 15th season. If he's not first ballot, then no one is.

(What I wouldn't give for the Browns to draft as well as the Steelers.)

Purdue's Braden Smith broke the B1G career assist record (previously held by MSU great Cassius Winston) in the victory yesterday against Wisconsin. He has a shot to break Bobby Hurley's NCAA assist record, but he will have to maintain averaging almost 10 apg and likely will need a handful of postseason games in order to pull it off.

Ha! I had 9 years of soccer experience by senior year in high school with a rather powerful soccer leg. I tried being the kicker on the football team that summer. Didn't turn out really well. Kicking a football is different. Coach once said, "Well his kicks are... interesting." Went back to the soccer team after a month.
