Second guy is legit, but Perez doesn't have a doctorate, and I'd want to see a real CV and find out who is publishing his research.

Still should be out on his ass the moment the lawyers clear it.
I’m not certain why you perceive that, or why it matters. He received his doctorate on August 20, 2018 from UT. That’s straight from UT‘s database.

Agreed, he should no longer be employed.

Marte in CF?

Noelvi Marte Expected to See Time at New Position for Reds in Spring Training

He played in two games there last season.

After moving from third base to the outfield midway through last season, Noelvi Marte is expected to see some time in center field this spring, according to Charlie Goldsmith.
Marte is very athletic, and the Reds think he has a chance to be an above-average defensive outfielder. We saw glimpses of that at times last season, whether it was showing off his arm throwing runners out at the plate, or his season-saving catch he made at the wall against the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Nick Krall was asked about Marte getting reps in center earlier this offseason on the Reds Hot Stove.
"I think, he's obviously a top-of-the-line runner. So, as a game changer, and I don't want to discount TJ (Friedl) either, not at all. I think you're going to see some of these guys go and say, okay, well, what's the best you know who can who can do this? Who can't do this? And you know, when you look at Marte, he played two months in the big leagues, well two months in his career in right field, and they were in the big leagues after basically taking some shagging some balls for a while."

2027 FL QB Wonderful Monds IV (Notre Dame Verbal)

For a QB right now, you'd think OSU, ND and to some extent Miami would stand out. OSU especially since we didn't land any major QB last class.

still an eyebrow raiser with Edmunds committed for as long as he has been and continually recruiting for us

Ohio State Wrestling (2015/2017/2018 B1G Champs, 2015 National Champs, 2019 National Runners-up)

Agreed, but we've known for a couple weeks. Birden instead of Kharch is a surprise though...
Birden instead of Kharch is definitely a surprise, but definitely want to give him the best shot at a Tourney run that we can. We're not winning this dual, but we can somewhat control how healthy we are walking into postseason by not wrestling any questionable guys in a dual that's over from the first whistle. Sounds defeatist, but it's realist and I want every last arrow in the quiver at B1G/NCAAs to at least give PSU a run in the tournament format. Imo we present more of a threat to PSU in a tourney format than a dual head on.

2025-2026 Ohio State Men's Basketball

I don't get the love affair with these MWC teams.

San Diego State and New Mexico both only have 1 Q1 win as well, but both have a Q3 loss.

Ohio State's worst loss is a Q2 (Pitt)

Ohio State is ahead of both in the NET, yet Bracketology has San DIego State in and Ohio State and New Mexico basically as equals in the last 4 out.

Also, the WCC should not get 3 teams unless Santa Clara wins the WCC tourney. Santa Clara only has 1 Q1 win and has a Q4 loss.
