2026 tOSU Defense Discussion

Skimming the early comments from coaches, they may very well be intentionally running a deep rotation to set up for the long haul.

If it works and you get to the playoffs with a deeper, experienced pool of players that are playing at a higher level-then I guess it's worth some September angst.

If it works. Not going to be easy on the eyes until then.
Maybe. We also ran a sludge fart offense last year supposedly to keep us fresh for the postseason only to run the exact same offense for a whopping total of 12 ppg and about what felt like 3 offensive possessions per game

Miami (Ohio) Redhawks

Watch Miami (Ohio) hand UConn football the ball for crazy fumble recovery

UConn quarterback Kalieb Osborne was hit from behind while attempting a pass. When the ball hit the ground, there was no whistle and Miami defensive back Amariyun Knighten picked up the ball.

Thinking the pass was ruled incomplete, Knighten handed the ball right to UConn wide receiver Zy'marion Lang. After the play was whistled dead, referees determined that Osborne fumbled the ball and Knighten recovered but gave UConn back the possession when he handed the ball to Lang.

Just sayin': Fredo being Fredo

If that’s what they do, then I do think they need to fully commit to it. Don’t want to see them running a bunch of rotations all year and then in crunch time shorten the rotation to make the best guys play far more snaps than they have all year and get worn out.

Yo @MD Buckeye — How am I in 2nd place with more points than you? What kinda racket are you running here?

So I think it updates the points in real time, but doesn't update the standings in real time, which is why it shows both of our records as of the week prior.

As @Bestbuck36 said... YAHOO.
