San Francisco 49ers owner John "Jed" York was arrested by the East Palestine Police Department in Ohio over the weekend and pleaded no contest to two charges, per KRON4 News in San Francisco.
York was initially charged with suspicion of engaging in prostitution, but Ohio amended that to a disorderly conduct charge. York was also charged with possessing criminal tools. York pleaded no contest to both charges Monday. A person who pleads "no contest" does not admit guilt, but does accept the punishment for the alleged crimes as if they had been proven guilty.
In York's case, he was sentenced to one day in jail for each count. York was also ordered to pay two fines — $150 for disorderly conduct and $1,000 for possessing criminal tools — per KRON4.
The arrest report did not state what York was carrying that resulted in the possessing criminal tools charge. The items that can result in a possessing criminal tools charge can vary widely in Ohio.

No wonder no one wanted the job. Moniken must have told them he would make it look like a real competition.Deshaun Watson named starter.![]()
That just looked like bad tackling more than him doing anything specialwhere the hell was that when he was a Buckeye?
And I have to think they're hoping he plays so badly in weeks 1 and 2 that they can pull him and start Shedoobie in week 3 in the home opener. Otherwise...this could get real ugly real fast (even for the Browns).Deshaun Watson named starter.![]()
We also managed to have a TE that's going to go back to college. The Browns...trailblazing since 1999.Deshaun Watson named starter.![]()
The line came in during his career. His first 2 Olympics didn’t have it, but from 1988 onward the 3-point line existed in the Games. There's cobwebs upstairs, but seem to recollect the announcers saying that by Olympic rules, a solid hit counts just as much as a glancing one. Ergo, while Ali pounded you, Teofelio would land four or five jabs, which would count more than a solid knock to the jaw. Not entirely certain why that stuck with me, but explained your question Script. Also recollect that there was a 'white square' on the boxing glove, and a hit indicated a point or somesuch. Probably had the fastest hands every, also recollect that's why he didn't dominate the HWT boxing circles. Couldn't break an egg (clearly an overstatement), but piled on points.
PS, wasn't Oscar's performance(s) before the three-point shot?
Maybe everyone is just hoping one of them will fix him. That may be a refs don’t like the Sanders family thing. At CU, he took a ton of uncalled headshots.
