Just what we need! a .212 or .236 career hitter who might hit a home run sometimes and strike out a million times inbetween

Just saw that. Down goes Frazier:biggrin: They better get Brantley back fast or this is going to be a really looong season. I think I would have traded one of the young guns to get a power hitter because pitching can only do so much like we sort of learned last season.

Me too, but it seems like the players teams want to give back are in positions where we have piles of dead money stuck in worthless stiffs that we have to put in the lineup we really aren't looking for.
