Are they using that excuse for all 9 losses in the last 10 years or just the last one?
At least the last seven from what I have seen. Their argument is extremely strong considering their recent record against the likes of Purdue and Toledo. No one stockpiles their level of talent legally.

I thought we'd established unequivocally that no one in college football from division III on up stockpiles their level of talent legally. Did I miss something?

Nor over many who are. :pirate1:

Seriously, Kyle has made excellent points: Jim Tressel never claimed to be a shining example. In a sense, he's a victim of his own great (past) reputation. But blaming him for the way other people saw him is like blaming me for being from Newark.

There's a thread on here somewhere about a guy named Tebow that you could take a look at and see some similarities.

RichRod stole the only player they were able to lure with money.

cant disagree with that.

but then again any/every job ive had that i have worked for someone/a corporation i would have been canned for the shenanigans weve seen be it the players, coach, (and im not sure about gee's comments about hoping JT does not fire him and smith's leadership failure of not getting out in front and finishing his fact finding before publicly pledging support).

Yeah, well every job I've had gave me an actual paycheck. Also, at said jobs, if you committed an actual crime, you would be fired also. See, the things that are against the laws of man were also against the rules of the company.

I'm surprised RichRod didn't lure Seantrel and his dad to Ann Arbor with their superb hip hop for beginners program.

Twitter is lighting up about Channel 6 news hyping an exclusive interview with Pryor's mom, when instead it was them ambushing her as she came home from work.

Combine that with the stakeout that 10tv has supposedly been performing outside Pryor's apartment, and you've got some real class acts in the Columbus media. :roll2:

I know it's been said by others in this thread, but I've never seen the local media try to take down the local team as much as the Columbus media is trying to do to Ohio State.

No, I don't see a difference in turning a blind eye to it versus any other form of enabling it. Sorry you feel differently.
I'm sorry......did you say enabling? When a bad parent shrugs and says boys will be boys while his/her brat throws rocks at passing cars, that's enabling. Straight up handing over $180k so a QB will come to your school is a little bit more than enabling.

Gator, save it.
