Agreed. Get him out of San Fran and to a team I can actually like and watch.

Ted Ginn visited the Ravens this week
Posted by Evan Silva on March 17, 2012
The wide receiver market has been decimated by free agent signings to such an extent that Ted Ginn is one of the top five players still available at the position. Ginn?s value lies in his return ability and youth. He?ll only be 27 when the season starts, and there aren?t five better return specialists in football.
We previously passed along word that Ginn visited the Lions this past week.
Per Adam Caplan, Ginn also visited the Ravens.
Minnesota Vikings: Ted Ginn Jr. meeting set

Wide receiver Ted Ginn Jr. is in Minnesota on Tuesday, March 20, visiting with the Vikings, according to Ginn's father, Ted Sr.
Ginn, 26, a five-year NFL veteran and 2007 first-round pick, arrived in the Twin Cities on Monday night, Ted Sr. said.
The 5-foot-11, 180-pounder was not a primary option for the San Francisco 49ers offense last season (19 catches, 220 yards), but is an explosive kickoff and punt returner. The Vikings could be looking to lessen the load on Percy Harvin, the Vikings' all-everything offensive weapon who also handles kickoff returns.
Ginn was potent in the kickoff return game last season, averaging 27.6 yards on 29 returns, including a 102-yard touchdown. He also averaged 12.3 yards on 38 punt returns, including a 55-yard TD.
Both those touchdown returns were in a season-opening 33-17 win over the Seattle Seahawks.
Ginn also has visited with the Detroit Lions and Baltimore Ravens.
He has good speed, which could help the Vikings' efforts to stretch the field vertically with quarterback Christian Ponder. Ginn's best season came in 2008 with the Miami Dolphins, when he recorded 56 catches for 790 yards.

There is a possibility the wide receiver/return man could make more visits to other teams but the Vikings definitely remain interested.

Return specialist Ted Ginn Jr. re-signs with 49ers

After visiting three other teams in his first dip into free agency, Ted Ginn Jr. is returning to the 49ers on a one-year deal, the club announced today.
Ginn has been the 49ers' primary return specialist the last two seasons since they acquired him in a trade with the Miami Dolphins. He took free agency visits to the Detroit Lions, Baltimore Ravens and Minnesota Vikings.
"We are glad that Ted has decided to return to the 49ers in 2012," general manager Trent Baalke said in a statement. "He is a versatile player and an excellent teammate that will continue to play an important role for us on both offense and special teams."
Ginn's value as a return specialist was particularly evident in the NFC Championship Game, which he missed after sustaining a knee injury and aggravating an ankle sprain in the previous week's playoff win over the New Orleans Saints. Kyle Williams, Ginn's replacement, botched two punt returns that resulted in game-turning turnovers in the 49ers' 20-17 overtime loss to the Giants.
Ginn is 49ers' only proven return man

If the decision were based solely on skill, past production and potential as a wide receiver, veteran Ted Ginn would be in an uphill battle to win a job with the 49ers.
After all, receivers Michael Crabtree, Mario Manningham, Randy Moss and A.J. Jenkins clearly would secure spots in front of Ginn. Moreover, Kyle Williams and undrafted rookies Nathan Palmer and Chris Owusu might also surpass him.
But the 49ers did not open their checkbook and guarantee Ginn the healthy sum of $500,000 to sign a one-year deal this offseason because of his ability as a wideout.
Ginn last season handled 56 punts and 29 kickoffs without a turnover. Among NFL players with at least 20 returns, Ginn ranked third in kickoffs with a 27.6-yard average and fourth on punts at 12.3.
49ers WR/KR Ted Ginn missed the entirety of the offseason program while rehabbing a right knee injury.
Ginn missed the NFC Championship game with an injury to the same knee. Although no surgery has been reported, it's a concern that Ginn is still rehabbing six months later. It may also explain the lack of interest in his services during free agency. Jun. 21
