YES. This is HUGE. I really think he's going to break out next season with another year of development and Haskins at QB.

If he can stay healthy he has Ginn like potential right down to the questionable hands. Not sure he's as fast but I have never seen anyone as fast on the football field in his prime as Ginn.

I think the intrigue with being able to play with a QB with an elite arm (predicated on Haskins winning the job) had to spark his interest. WRs for the last few years have been relegated to fast, athletic blockers in this offense. Next year we could see these guys have more opportunities to catch the ball besides getting 3-4 targets a game. Imagine Campbell getting targeted a consistent 5-8 times a game in the pass game
