That does seem quite high for a wildly inconsistent player. But good for him

Assuming Haskins is the starter, Parris will become even more integral in the run game. He will be used on the jet sweep to stretch defenses horizontally. They'll get him more touches in an effort to keep defenses from consistently attacking between the tackles in the run game.

As JWins mentioned as well, that delayed crossing route with Haskins in the pocket, will be a killer weapon as well. Good luck staying stride for stride with Parris in man coverage across the width of the field.
