I agree...I hope I am wrong considering there have been a couple of recent crystal ball picks for OSU. But I'm just not buying it at this point. Chung is actually predicting its OSU or NCST. Matt Porter, who covers Miami recruiting, thinks OSU is the favorite here. But nothing I've heard on the OSU side gives me any confidence.

Dwyer WR will visit Canes this weekend

Dwyer wide receiver Johnnie Dixon plans to announce his college decision after he takes his fifth and final official visit this weekend.

Dixon will choose between Miami, Alabama, Ohio State, N.C. State and Arkansas at JJ Muggs in Jupiter at 7 p.m. on Sunday after receiving over 25 scholarship offers. The 6-foot, 190-pound receiver will visit Miami on Saturday following an in-home visit from Hurricanes head coach Al Golden.

Dixon was named to the Sun Sentinel's Super 11 earlier this year and is rated as the 16th best wide receiver prospect in the nation according to 247Sports. He has tormented opposing defenses all season and is one of the main reasons Dwyer travels to East Lake on Friday in the Class 7A state semifinals.

Ohio State, Miami and Alabama are believed to be the top schools Dixon is favoring, but the Hurricanes will have the final chance to leave an impression this weekend.

If I had a Crystal Ball pick on 24/7 it would read Ohio State. He won't announce until after his state championship game this weekend but as an early enrollee I think he announced soon after...and as of right now I think it is OSU.

Which makes recruiting so fun to follow......two weeks ago we were calling him to The U or Bama lol. I'm not ready to call him to Ohio State, but I do like where they sit. Either way, this will be a battle until he signs on the dotted line.

I'm still thnking Miami, though Id really like to be wrong. Dixon, mclaurin and brown would provide some great depth and all would fit well in our spread scheme. Miami already has miltiple WR commits and a very young corps but he's been there quite often
