WR Jameson Williams (transfer to Alabama, Detroit Lions)

That was my initial take. What are you talking about?

Jameson & JSN don’t play the same position. That’s like a backup DE transferring because a younger DT won a starting spot. Just because there are 4 DL, doesn’t mean all 4 spots are the same. You know that.

The people at his position are what’s preventing him from being on the field.

I think Olave was part of it, but if JSN doesn't impress the coaches so much, Wilson stays in the slot and there's at least another spot open (or 2 if Olave leaves). Regardless, yeah it comes back to Williams mostly being a speed/fly route guy and that's not going to cut it in this type of WR room.

“Daggummit! If only one of the best WR’s in Ohio State history didn’t come back, and if JSN didn’t prove that he was severely underrated as a recruit, maybe this guy who averaged 1 catch per game would have come back!”

Best of luck to Jameson...but Ohio State still has the best WR room in the country, by far!
 He was the #5 WR and the #29 overall recruit in his class!!! That’s how you know that we’re spoiled :slappy:

So wait he think Flemimg is next? Who cares about William's he's gone.

Something tells me he would probably know a little about how these kids are thinking. Not great but honestly I'd understand it.

I was very disappointed last year for the fact that we did not rotate as we had in prior years. It was #2 and #5 all year which can't happen when we have 3 rotations we can use.

Whatever this is I hope Hart is really hammering home that this year everyone rotates.
