WR Jalin Marshall (Edmonton Elks)

His punt return in itself passed him by Dontre. Jalin has better hands, is MUCH stronger, better initial burst, and just has IT.

Dontre will be ok but i don't think he will ever be what we thought. Excited for Jalin tho

Dontre is a freaking SOPHOMORE, and youre already writing him off?
Dontre and Jalin are both great compliments of each other and both will be used accordingly. I can picture Wilson having a great game against Minny and fans hoping back on the bandwagon. Marshall and his versatility are very good, but both are quite important to this offense

I don't think he's being written off. But it's seems unlikely that he's ever going to be the Percy Harvin, D'anthony Thomas-level player we were hoping for.

He will be a nice player for us but maybe not that explosive game changer we expected.

He will be be utilized but Jalin IMO has more to offer

Everybody on this board is funny. Jalin sat out last year with an injury and everybody saw this new guy with electric moves and a ton of "potential". That was Dontre. Now Dontre's role seems to have expanded and he has to perform on a different level since he broke out last year.

Now Jalin is allowed a bit more wiggle room the way Dontre was last year. He has been balling out for sure, but let's not write Dontre off just yet. Been a big fan of Jalin's for a long time since he went to my high school and I'm looking forward to the next couple of years of him. I'm also looking forward to how he and Dontre destroy defenses together.

Was it me, or did he look a bit gimpy during that series. Looked like he had a cramp or a slight sprain. Either way, the kid balled out while he was in the wildcat. Fun to watch.

Looked like a cramp to me -- had to leave a bit late after one play and they briefly showed trainers doing the foot-stretch thing. Or at least that's what my inebriated recollection remembers.
