WR Brian Robiskie (Official Thread)

That's a new one.

Robo had a huge game, and there's no doubt he'll be starting and putting up big numbers next year when Ginn is in the NFL.

I am not sure who it was, but someone said earlier in the thread that Robo will go down as the best receiver in tOSU history.

That might be hard to believe after watching the NFL today and seeing Jenks, Galloway, Holmes all putting up tds today and Glenn also having a big day with the game sealing reception, and Ginn going to be a top pick next year and the greatest NFL buckeye receiver Chris Carter.

But the thing is the greatness that this kid shows is just remarkable. His ability to use his body and get seperation. Then his understanding for the coverage and his ability to work the sideline.

i never went that far, but i went on the record somewhere on here that hed be special, very special early on this year. you could tell from his route running, blocking and the way he uses his frame. you just dont see kids like this everyday...

Totally agree, and it doesnt help that his dad is a WR coach so he has all the ins and outs of the position...

Parents always hope their kids are hanging out with the right crowd. Terry Robiskie had the same hope for his son, Brian. The receivers coach for the Cleveland Browns sent Brian to Ohio State to get an education and play football. In the past year, he noticed something interesting: one was growing hand in hand with the other.

So Ohio State's sophomore split end found himself in limbo when Browns receivers coach Terry Robiskie was one of four assistants let go Friday in a revamping of coach Romeo Crennel's staff.

I know what you mean. His class was by far my favorite class, and now they are in their sophomore class! Brian is a junior coming up, and wow it goes by fast!
