Catholicism is the dominant religion among central and south americans...right? I'd suspect that it has more to do with their religion banning birth control than some race related issue.

This is why I hate white people tho. They're the racist race.

I was raised Catholic and know many white Catholic girls who use birth control in one form or another so I don't think their religion has anything to do with it. They just seem to start having sex earlier in life and don't use condoms either due to lack of knowledge or lack of caring if they get pregnant. Kids do what their parents do and unfortunately it's a cycle that has been put in place.

The high school I went to was over 50% Mexican and the number of Mexican chicks who dropped out due to being pregnant was insane. My high school had the highest pregnancy rate in the state and the highest dropout rate.

Maybe the white women you know aren't very devout Catholics.

The teen pregnancy rate amongst white women isn't all that spectacular either.

Basing sweeping generalizations on anecdotal evidence is well accepted science.

Do you know why Mexican girls get pregnant so young? Because at school their teacher tells them to do esses.

You're right, the Catholic women I know aren't very devout, but then what does that say about the Mexican Catholic girls who are getting pregnant at 14, 15, 16, etc.? I don't think that's being very "devout."

I'm not going to look up teen pregnancy rates on whites vs. Mexicans, but I know where I grew up that the percentages aren't even close.

The evidence is not anecdotal and I'm sure if I looked it up that I wouldn't be too far off.

I live in Oregon, because of my employment. My job has taken me to Cleveland area twice, North Carolina twice, and out to Oregon. I will freely admit that this is my favorite place that I have ever lived. If I could somehow get Cedar Point out here; then I would be in 7th heaven. A little over an hour from the coast, 45 miles from downtown Portland, and 1-1.5 hours from the mountains. Great state.

We live in Oregon now because of better employment opportunities in the long run for the husband. No sales tax in the state is nice, the low rent is nice, and Portland has a beer/food/entertaintment culture that can't be beat. Plus, great strip clubs. I won't be the creepy lady at a strip club for at least another ten years, I have to milk that while I still can.
