Here is a sample LSAT question...see how good u are at it.
Doctors are not supposed to release information about their patients unless they feel that they are a threat to either themselves or the society. dr. tyler is the mayor's doctor, and recently, there was information that was published in the paper about the mayor's condition. thus, dr. tyler should be punished.
what is the assumption that the speaker makes?
A) dr. tyler didn't feel that the mayor was a threat to himself and/or the society
or
B) dr. tyler was the one who leaked the information to the paper

If the first answer said "The writer didn't feel that the mayor was a threat to himself or others, then I'm not sure what I would have picked.
