Who else is going to be glued to ABC tonight? (Lost)

maybe they took himn against his will

i don't think he would be considered one of the "Oceanic 6". If it had been one of those 6 that died, there would have at least been some media buzz around it.

the other possibility is michael, as the write-up mentions living in NY and having a son.

Good point. Forgot the living in NY with a son part. It's definately someone they don't like much because when future Jack asked Kate about it she said something like, "Why would I have gone?" Isn't Michael coming back this season? That should add some fuel to the losties fire. :)

By the way, my brother says I'm thinking way too much into the show...he says just enjoy the entertainment value...screw that...I want to know what the heck is going on! :)

I figure this season will be devoted to the "Oceanic Six" deciding they have to go back to the Island.

I'd like to know who's funeral Jack attended last season (last epi) and if that person was one of the Oceanic Six. My guess is yes, but who knows.

I agree with tsteele, if it was known that it was one of the "Oceanic Six", there would have been media attention for the funeral.

I also thought it might be Ben, since he's an unknown off the island.

Another unknown is the guy that visited Hurley and asked him to switch facilities.

I'm surprised nothing has been posted here considering the surprises, intensity, and overall craziness of the last two weeks.

The insertion team certainly brings a lot of new wrinkles to the story. I personally like the absent-minded physicst....Daniel...or something like that.

I have to say the fact that Sayid was working for Ben hunting down people was the biggest surprise over the last two weeks.

And what about the 31 minutes?

Thought last nights epi was really good. So the big question is, why does Kate claim that baby Aaron is her son? Is it really hers? Kid seemed to be about 3 so that seems too old to be Kate's. Why was Jack too freaked out by the baby to be around the baby? Especially if he loves Kate as he confessed at the end.

Crazy show. Always leaves me with more questions than answers.

Aaron was also the name of the Aussie lady's baby that Kate didn't want to hold in last night's episode - so I assumed it was the same kid.

I assumed the same...but why is Kate raising as her own? She said "my son" several times. And so what happened to Claire? Did she die or stay behind on the island? Why would she stay and her son go? And the kid obviously makes Jack uncomfortable...why? Did Jack make the decision to take Aaron? Did something happen to Claire and Jack feels like it's his fault? Hmm...

I'm an analyzer...I like trying to put this show together. These are just some thoughts to chew on.

Would love to hear what other watchers think.

If you don't remember, Jack and Claire are half brother and sister. I'm guessing that has something to do with it.

Yeah, I thought about that. But then wouldn't he want to help raise his nephew if his half sister was gone? Unless, he feels guilty because he had a part in leaving Claire behind?

Last nights epi -

So, time appears to go faster on the Island. Which, would explain why some people don't appear to age as fast as others (Richard, for example) His body ages in "real world time" despite the fact that he runs around on the island which goes thru days faster. Which also means the crash didn't happen nearly as long ago as we think (in TV time, of course)

I liked the epi last night, and it - I think - provided a lot of more "direct" information as to what's going on.

Daniel is becoming one of my favorite characters. Mad scientists... I have a special place for them, I guess.

Aussie? Baby? I'm guessing guest appearance by a pack of dingos...

Every show on television would be improved with an increase in the number of dingoes.

Okay, so based on the previews to next week's episode, my prediction for the Oceanic 6 are as follows:

Jack, Hurley, Sayid, Kate (the four we already know), Sun (get the pregnant woman off the island as she will die if she stays), and the big surprise.....Michael! My guess is he is Ben's man on the boat and he will be one of the six to get off the island. Eventually, it will also be seen that he was the guy in the casket from last year whose funeral Jack went to and nobody else.

I agree he is Ben's man on the boat.... But, I think they may be counting Aaron as a survivor, since the preview said something about the last of the oceanic six... and without counting Aaron, we so far only have 4 (Jack, Hurley, Sayid and Kate.) So, if they count Aaron it can't be both Sun and Michael. Personally, I would not have counted Aaron since he was not a ticketed passenger, but they did say they'll reveal the last of the oceanic six....

That said, as I think about it.. even if they reveal 2 (Sun and Michael) the preview is still correct.... Hmmmm....

I agree with you about Michael because of the preview as well.. they said something like "you won't expect" or whatever... it's gotta be Michael, really... although.. I did play with the idea that Sayid is Ben's man on the boat (since we know Sayid ends up working for Ben)
