finally got to see it last night... all good questions so far.... but what about Libby giving Desmond her boat? Now Libby has ties to three people... Ecko in the airport, Hurley in the hospital and Desmond. She also said that the boat was named after her but it was called Elizabeth... I didn't think Libby was short for that but I may be wrong.

So what did everyone think? I thought the nine was pretty good also, should be interesting to see how that show develops to.

LOST comes back this Wednesday with 16 straight weeks of episodes.

Is anyone excited about this or has everyone already forgot about the series?

I thought the seven they showed in the fall were taking the show in a new, and better, direction (except for the horrible way they killed off Ecko). I'll be definitely be watching.

I can't wait either, it's been far too long.

The first six episodes they aired in the "fall season" were ok, but too focused on the zoo/jail place with Jack, Kate, and Sawyer. I still enjoyed every episode, though.

I hope they answer some lingering questions right off the bat! I'll have the watch the final fall episode again before Wednesday to actually remember what has happened.

no impressions of last nights episode?

I thought it was fairly good. Kate and Sawyer got off the island, but Jack stays behind. Juliette's back-story gives a little light on the island in genereal. But, who is the Arabic guy? Is he "Him"? There are still a million questions, not to mention that none of the other Losties were in this episode at all.

Overall, I was just excited to have Lost back on. I hope next week we can get back to the other characters, specifially Locke and Desmond, as I believe they are the most interesting characters out of the whole cast.

Good episode overall but I think it would have fit better if it would have been done at the end of the mini fall season...then start out this season with the episode that shows next week.

Did anyone catch Tom telling jack that the reason they dont leave the island for the surgery was because of tstange things in the sky?
