A guy at the beginning of this thread claimed a 4.3. Many 4.5s floating around. I don't think you folks realize how fast a true 4.5 is. I don't doubt a couple of speedsters but my shit-kickers were way too short.

I know exactly how fast 4.5 is...My sister can run that... ...I knew as soon as I saw the thread title this one was going to require some waders to get through...

Sister, huh? I guess speed just runs in my family. My Grandma runs a 4.2, and she has an artificial hip. At family reunions, my nana (that's what I call her) and I race, I have to run backwards to make it fair. Everyone gets a laugh when i lay down and pretend to sleep 'till she crosses the finish line...good times...:tongue2:

Man, I just stumbled upon this thread and must say that there is an awful lot of Bullshit being slung around here.

I'm sure some of these fast times were recorded downhill on astroturf with a 55 MPH wind at their backs.

I hope you realize that you have to have more than speed to play football. You also have to have the knowledge, ability, and talent to play. Speed is not the only thing you need. Thats why you don't see very many world class track stars playing football.
