What kind of car do you drive?

Going to go look at wheels tonight. Wish me luck. Not finding anything that is a gun metal that I like. Some flat blacks may work, but it's going on an Audi not a ricer.

Purchased black wheels for my winter set. As I said yesterday, they were installed last night. I always wanted black car/black wheels. Now that I have it, I think I am already over it...but dont tell my wife.

Also going from 18x8 from the 19x9 OEM makes a big difference in steering, feels loose. Took a corner a little fast on lower Wacker this afternoon...yeah the blizzaks don't corner like the summer tires.

What burb? Wife and I always looking at homes, mainly Winnetka/Glencoe--however she recently fell in love with Kildeer/Long Grove.

Yeah, not even the same sport. They're worth it in the weather, but, dry conditions, pretty lame. Don't run them longer than you need to, they will wear out quickly on dry roads.

Bloomingdale now but I know when the kids are in jr high we'll move to Wheaton. That's where their school is now... And where they play lacrosse and where I coach too.

Just imagine what that corner on LW will look like when the winter starts. Better be careful down there. Which turn? Know LW well... used to drive it a lot when I worked downtown.

Regarding the 18x8 v the 19x9 issue... I've only once had the 18s on my car underwhelm me... but I'm not sure if that was the 18s or the need for an even stiffer suspention... which is hard to imagine because I pretty much feel every piece of gravel on the road as it is. It'd be interesting to throw my 18s on your ride when the weather turns to see how much of it is the winter B'stones v. the size. I'm all about testing this shit on YOUR car... can you tell? LOL.

Ordered the snow shoes today.

The Bridgestones aren't made to fit the S4 Cab so had to go with Michelin Pilot Alpin PA3 (Performance Snow). Nice $70 rebate so the final price was close to the Bridgestones...

Show us what you got Wood...
